Supports property owners and customers throughout the cycles of leasing, buying and/or selling properties; analyzing customers needs, conducting market analysis, helping property owners finding ideal customers while customers ideal properties meeting their needs and budgets
Responsibilities
Researches the market to identify available properties for leasing, selling or developing, engages property owners to strike deals
Prepares and implements marketing plans to promote and create property awareness to target markets
Implements sales initiatives to identify potential prospects, qualify leads and create opportunities for property presentation
Shows available properties to prospective Customers, advising on value and suitability of the properties
Consults with Customers to ascertain their needs and budgetary requirements for onward advising relevant solutions
Collaborates with other internal departments to prepare, present and negotiate terms with property owners and customers
Conducts market research to keep abreast with industry trends, identify opportunities for onward tactical response
Represents the Company to industry events, exhibitions, conferences to leverage on networking and available business opportunities
Establishes and maintains healthy relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in the industry to enhance business development
Drives customer services excellence throughout the organization, first responded to customer complaints
Prepares real estate reports on weekly, monthly basis for management use
Key Requirements
4 years experience in real estate sales
Excellent knowledge and skills in sales and marketing as applies to real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen
Results oriented and adept to problem solving
Self starter, self motivated and goal getter
Holder diploma/degree in real estate, business, or any other relevant
