CardioCare Tanzania is inviting qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the Cashier role, who will be responsible for handling cash, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Greet customers and assist with inquiries
• Accurately process cash, card, and mobile transactions
• Issue receipts, refunds, or changes
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Carry out banking duties, including depositing and maintaining records
• Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures
• Report any discrepancies or customer concerns to management
• Prepare cash reports daily

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in business or related field
• 3 years  proven experience in a similar role
• Skilled in cash handling and accounting principles
• Computer proficient including MS Office applications, ERP software, added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
