To enhance and drive business growth through planned and executed sales and marketing strategies, helping the Company to maximize revenue through its wide range of advertising services and solutions; accountable for achieving set targets including revenue, cost, P&L, service excellence, etc
Responsibilities
Prepares annual sales and marketing budget including targeted revenue, operating expenses and key strategies
Executes sales and marketing plans, and initiatives to generate leads, acquire new customers and maintain existing
Prepares and delivers sales presentations, pitches proposals on planned and occasional events and meetings
Offers expert recommendation considering customer’s advertising requirements and budget
Negotiates service terms including pricing to ensuring optimal return and profitability
Provides key inputs to management’s final decisions on the final Customer offers
Conducts market research, analyses data/metrics to identify trends, opportunities and establish insights for improved business strategy
Maintain healthy working relationship with customers to leverage business continuity and revenue generation
Promotes service excellence across all departments to achieve customer satisfaction
Review media placements and ad campaigns to ensure they meet all clients’ specifications
First contact person for resolving customer complaints, escalates as needed
Prepares and submits sales reports on timely basis for management use
Key Requirements
5+ years of work experience within media and advertising industry
Excellent sales and marketing skills
Knowledgeable of media and advertising market in Tanzania
Excellent management skills
Excellent business, customer service and operations skills
